One says that heaven and hell is near

The heart will show us,

Is it heaven there?

or hell

it is our heart who will define

to where we will end

I look inside my heart

and what do I find?

Dogs of desire wagging its tail,

Monkeys of mind jumping around,

restless, pointless

Two wise men, in different time and place

say : " Let them pass.

Do not follow their move, but

do not get angry or drive them away

just stand still, and let them passing by"

Hover in the heaviest battle

I nurture the light

from the darkness that keep me tight
